For customers in Germany all prices plus VAT.

For translations of more than 1,300 words per language (≙ approx. 10 minutes production length), we provide individual quotations.

The following services are included in the abovementioned prices:

Budget

Processing by 2 linguists (project manager and translator)

- Review of the text for suitability as spoken text
- Clarification of pronunciation for numbers, measurements, proper names and abbreviations as needed
- Possible suggestions for editorial changes
- Translation by a professional translator
- Length restriction according to source text (if necessary)
- Quality control
- Preparation of the script for client's approval for audio production
- Processing of change requests if necessary

Standard – compliant with ISO 17100:2015

Processing by 3 linguists (project manager, translator and editor)

All services of the Budget tariff PLUS

- Proofreading – correction of spelling and grammar errors as well as linguistic corrections

Corporate

Processing by 4 linguists (project manager, translator, editor and director/voice talent)

All services of the tariffs Budget and Standard PLUS

- Final editing by a director or voice talent and, if necessary, adaptation to the requirements of the voice recording

Delivery time and prices for audio-text translations

We translate 1 to 3 pages of text into any language within 24 to 48 hours. Our team works on extensive and/or time-critical projects with several translators in parallel.

Our fixed price already includes the costs for project management, incoming file checks, analysis, scheduling and resource planning, communication, quality control and delivery.
