2. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

We process personal data (e.g. name, email address, IP address) only when legally permitted or when you have given consent. Processing takes place to provide and improve this website, to communicate with you, and to deliver and measure advertising via Google Ads.

3. Server Log Files

When you visit our website, the server automatically processes information such as your IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, browser, and operating system. These data are used for technical security and error analysis and are deleted shortly thereafter. No personal profiling is performed.

4. Cookies & Consent

We use cookies only after you give consent via the CookieFirst consent management tool (Digital Data Solutions BV, Plantage Middenlaan 42a, 1018 DH Amsterdam, Netherlands). You may change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.

5. Google Ads

This website uses Google Ads, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to display and measure online advertising. Cookies may be set and usage data may be processed. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).

6. YouTube

Our website embeds videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). When playing a video, connection data are transmitted to YouTube/Google. If you are logged in to YouTube or Google, this may be linked to your account. We embed videos either after your consent or—if no tracking cookies are set—on the basis of our legitimate interest in presenting our content attractively (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). 7. Contact

When contacting us via email or form, we process the data you provide solely to handle your inquiry. These data are deleted once no longer necessary or after legal retention periods expire. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.

8. Data Retention

Personal data are stored only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law, and are then deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
