Several tasks. One coordinated workflow.
Script work, casting and technical preparation can partly run in parallel. Recording begins once all required texts have been prepared and approved for production.
Preparation · partly in parallel
- 01
Script review & preparation
We review your material, clarify open questions and prepare a recording-ready script where needed. Translation, transcription and editing can be added during preparation.
Script services - 02
Casting & scheduling
We have the right voices. Choose voice talent through your online casting; we then coordinate availability, briefing and the recording session.
Listen to voices - 03
Technical preparation
We align file formats, timing, existing videos and any required separate files with the production goal. The source material and technical specifications are then ready for the studio.
Audio services
Production-ready scripts, an agreed voice and defined technical requirements.
- 04
Recording through to mastering
The agreed voice records the approved script. Editing, post-production and mastering follow. For multilingual productions, we coordinate language versions and direction.

Quality checks & delivery
Quality checks accompany production. Before delivery, we check the final files against the agreed scope and make them available online. Your customer portal brings together project status and documentation.

What we need to get started.
You do not need a complete production package yet. A short project description is enough to discuss the next steps.
- Your script or existing audio/video material
- Source language, target languages and preferred voices
- Intended use: for example e-learning, film, phone announcements or advertising
- File format, timing, file segmentation and preferred deadline
If scripts are missing, our script and transcription services can help. Our Word templates support clear preparation and approval.
Before the studio session.
Which steps run in parallel?
Where the project allows, we coordinate script work, casting and technical preparation at the same time. Recording requires approval of all necessary scripts. There is no fixed duration for every project.
Does our script have to be finished?
A description or existing material is enough for the initial enquiry. Before recording, the required script must be complete and approved. Script services, translation and transcription can be commissioned together with recording.
How are the deadline and costs agreed?
Scope, languages, voice availability, intended use and production requirements determine the work involved. We review your preferred deadline and specify services, price and delivery in your individual quote. The audio price list offers guidance.
Turn your idea into a production.
Tell us about your project, required languages, intended use and deadline. We will discuss the services that fit.
