Certificates & management systems ↗How are files transferred and stored?
Files are transferred over encrypted, certified internet connections. No additional software is required. Servers are located in Germany; project data is stored securely and redundantly.
Which confidentiality agreements are available?
Project-specific access rights restrict access to staff and linguists involved in the work. On request, we agree confidentiality in writing, for example through a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Strictly confidential data is marked as 'classified' during processing.
How do we agree special confidentiality requirements?
For German classified material designated VS-NfD (restricted to official use), we agree the specific requirements and appropriate workflow with you in advance. Discuss your requirements with us before transferring data.
Is same-day delivery possible?
For particularly urgent projects, same-day delivery may be possible depending on volume, requirements and availability. This applies to translation, proofreading, voice recording, voice-over and text-to-speech. The date confirmed in your quote is the agreed commitment.
