We assess key pages, search intent, existing search data and typical customer questions. You receive prioritised recommendations.
We localise search terms, page titles, descriptions and content. Expertise, benefits, terms and limitations are explained clearly.
We develop suitable questions and answers, comparisons and explanations, incorporating approved references, sources and current facts.
Language versions, internal links and structured data are coordinated. Technical implementation and ongoing support can be included by agreement.
Documents & deliverables
You receive concrete, reviewable deliverables. Components can be commissioned separately or together.
GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization: work on content that can be found, understood and used as a source in AI-powered search and answer systems. Our approach combines this with sound SEO, editing and localisation.
| SEO · Search engines | GEO · AI-powered answers | |
|---|---|---|
| Customer question | Which page matches my search term? | Which answer helps me, and where does the information come from? |
| Content | Relevant topics, local terms and clear page titles. | Clear statements, context and verifiable evidence. |
| Shared foundation | Useful, accessible and current content. | Useful, accessible and current content. |
| Observation | Search queries, visibility, clicks and qualified inquiries. | Available AI reports, source references and qualified inquiries. |
When people compare a service or try to understand a problem, they can use AI-powered answers alongside search engines. They need reliable information: what is offered, who it suits, which requirements apply and what happens next.
GEO addresses these needs. Together, we assess the questions your customers actually ask, the information missing from your website and how existing expertise can be explained more clearly. This also helps people who read your pages directly. Each provider decides independently whether to use the content.
SEO establishes an important foundation for discovery. GEO also considers how your information might be summarised in an answer and used as a source. Google explicitly places optimisation of its generative search features within existing SEO work.
Our service therefore combines research, language quality and information structure in one plan. A separate collection of supposed AI tricks would miss the purpose: making your actual expertise clear, verifiable and understandable in each market.
The brief identifies the search and answer services relevant to your audiences. These may include Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Bing and other assistants with web search.
These systems differ in access, source selection and presentation. We check relevant provider documentation and assess observed results separately. A sample from one system cannot be generalised across all providers, countries or users.
We start with pages that support a concrete decision: services, pricing and terms, use cases, processes, qualifications and common questions. Existing demand and important customer questions help set priorities.
A useful revision might explain what a quote includes, which additional services are available and what information is needed for an inquiry. Detailed specialist content remains accessible. Its length depends on the subject and its usefulness to readers.
Vague superlatives do little to support a concrete decision. Verifiable information is more useful: actual services, current documentation, clear terms and approved examples of your work.
We agree statements with your subject experts, identify their scope and add sources where they support a claim. Customer references and reviews are attributed correctly; a general reference is not presented as an invented project case. Updates belong in the agreed maintenance plan.
A translated keyword list alone does not explain how people in a target market search for a service or which questions they ask. We consider language variants, local terminology, audiences and the information needed for a purchasing decision.
Your brand’s core facts should agree across language versions. Wording, examples and supplementary explanations can be adapted locally. Clearly assigned language versions support technical implementation; subject approvals take place for each language and agreed scope.
Within the agreed scope, we assess whether important pages are accessible and internally linked, and whether their content can be processed in the delivered page format. Appropriate structured data must match visible information. It can describe the business, a service or an actually offered item.
There is no special GEO schema for Google’s AI search. An llms.txt file is not a required visibility measure there either. Technical measures are chosen for the actual needs of the system and your website. Implementation can be combined with zappmedia.io technologies.
Depending on the commission, you receive a prioritised content assessment, a topic and question structure, revised service pages, precise answers and a list of facts and sources to approve. Multilingual projects also include target-market research and localised versions.
Every deliverable is described in the quote. You might begin with your five most important service pages and add further topics later. Technical recommendations, implementation and ongoing support are agreed as separate components.
Before work starts, we agree baseline data, target pages, markets and an observation period. Depending on available sources, we consider search visibility, clicks, relevant inquiries and reported visibility or citations in AI features. Google documents dedicated generative search reports; Bing provides an AI Performance report for citations.
We can also check agreed customer questions repeatedly as documented samples, recording the date, language and system. Individual answers vary and do not establish a general rank. A citation also does not necessarily mean a website visit or an order. The connection to your business goals remains central.
An initial commission can include a clearly defined assessment and revision. Services, terms, documentation and audience questions then continue to change. Search and answer services also evolve.
We can agree fixed update intervals or support for specific changes. This includes content maintenance, further language versions and analysis of available data. We do not promise a fixed time until a particular mention appears.
The work depends on existing content, the number of pages and target markets, available data and the required scope. Analysis, research, editing, translation, technical implementation and support are listed separately in the quote.
For an initial assessment, send your website, key services, target markets and existing reports. The translation price list provides guidance for the language component; it is not a flat rate for GEO consulting.
For public content, we agree which search and answer systems should be considered. Indexing, search-result presentation, web retrieval and model training are different activities; providers document different controls.
Confidential information does not belong on public service pages. You decide access and publication policies; we implement agreed measures and check them against current provider documentation.
