One message.
Multiple outputs.

Languages, file formats and review scope are defined for your project.

Knowledge for your project.

Plan multiple languages together

Translations into several languages can be organised in parallel. Every team needs an agreed source text, a clear brief and sufficient time for production and review. A shared publication date is agreed in the quotation; files can also be delivered in stages on request.

Language combination, subject area and intended use determine the choice of translators and project managers. Open terminology or wording questions should be resolved before work begins where possible, so they do not recur across every language version.

Subject areas, text types and media

Multilingual projects span industry, commerce, business, law, science and finance. They include contracts, technical documentation, patent documents and corporate records as well as marketing, public relations and correspondence.

For media projects, translation, script adaptation, recording and subtitles can be coordinated together. Language work follows the audience and medium; terminology and content approvals provide the shared foundation.

Prices and included services

The confirmed Budget translation tariff starts at €0.04 per source word; Standard starts at €0.08 and Premium at €0.12. The minimum order value is €75 per language combination. The price list explains differences and terms. Prices are exclusive of VAT for customers in Germany.

The described fixed-price service includes project management, initial checks, analysis, scheduling and resource planning, communication, quality control and delivery. Your individual quotation defines the language combinations and additional services included.

Connect preparation and quality

Pre-editing can resolve unclear statements, inconsistent terms and structural questions before a multilingual project. Reference texts and approved terminology support subsequent work.

zappmedia GmbH has worked in localization since 1993. Its quality management has been ISO 9001 certified and TÜV audited since 2006. The specific review scope follows the agreed services; current certificates and their scope are available to download on the quality page.
